This little number came from The Good Housekeeping Magazine.  It takes a bit longer to prepare than I usually like for morning meals, but it's totally worth it.

My little Avie is on yet another antibiotic.  I think I've lost count of how many times she has had to take one- but I guess it's par for the course with Cystic Fibrosis.  Anyway, I'm back on the gut-health battle ground and pushing probiotics.

Peas are one of the vegetables I can't seem to sneak by Avie.  Every once in a while, if they are well-hidden in layers and layers of other delicious morsels, she will eat them.

We've been getting Blue Apron.

It comes once a week, and contains all the ingredients for two, four-serving, meals.  It's been a life-saver for me, because for those two nights- I don't have to search for recipes, raid our refrigerator or scramble out to the grocery store.

When I was younger, my brother and I would make peanut butter and honey sandwiches for summer lunches.  My brother did all the hard work; few spoonfuls of PB and a glob or two of honey, mix it all together and then spread it on some bread.
